Here’s my desktop. My hubby and I are huge Ferrari fans! And I am so not a fan of icons on the deskop. This explains why I have absolutely no icons whatsoever. Hehehe! But I do have a couple of sidebar gadgets … my most favorite feature in vista 
On the right side of the desktop, you will see a clock, a weather update (gives you 2-7 days forecasts too), CPU and memory usage meter, a calendar, a notepad where i keep track of shows to download and other things i normally forget, and finally, a slideshow which changes the picture every 5 seconds. The slideshow ranges from Mika pics to sceneries to whatever I have on the PC. It has a second pane wherein I have a live panda cam from the san diego zoo (super cute), random calvin and hobbes comic strip, news feeds from NBC, and a voodoo doll you can stick pins on … seriously. Hahaha! My voodoo doll is currently named Alonso (Fernando Alonso is my most hated F1 driver) which can be seen on the left :p It’s a nice stress reliever. Hahaha!

hay, ako nga yata ang may pinaka makalat na desktop! i’ve asked hubby to clean up the desktop as most of the icons there are files of his.
my hubby is also such a sports fan, and that includes F1. i love your voodoo doll! san ba nakakakuha nyan! mwahahaha! 
that’ll be like therapy. hee hee!

hahaha! buti nalang my hubby doesn’t like icons on the desktop din or we’d have to create two different profiles
you can create your profile nalang i guess if he won’t clean up. nyahaha!
i got the voodoo doll sa http://vista.gallery.microsoft.com/vista/SideBar.aspx?mkt=en-us they have a lot of widgets for windows vista there
nakakatuwa nga yung doll. it collapses pa when you’ve pricked it too much na. hehe!

your screen is so neat! being in the south of the US, we are NASCAR fans naman (though not so huge).
gusto ko rin yung voodoo doll. 
will it work on a non-vista pc?

hi meeya, not sure about the doll working on a non-vista pc. but maybe you can search google for one that does
i’ll let you know if i come across one.
i sometimes watch NASCAR too. and mika likes watching “Cars” the movie. hehe! :p
